The first step

After years of learning the travel trade from the inside, I started Vibrant Holidays in Ahmedabad with one firm conviction: if people trust you with their holidays, you owe them honesty at every step. That conviction is still the foundation.

Learning to build, not just run

I wrote our first package calculator myself. It taught me a rule I still lead by: a founder should understand every system he asks his team to use, and be willing to build it with his own hands.

Rebuilding how a travel company works

Today I build with AI every day, alongside a team I train myself. The routine goes to the machine, so the people can give every traveller what no machine can: care, judgment and trust.

How I lead

Three rules that don't bend

Systems over dependency
If a process lives in one person's head, it is not a process. Every repeat task becomes a tool, a template or a checklist.
Promise only what's confirmed
No promises we can't keep. No confirmation before it is real. Clients hear the truth first, even when it is inconvenient.
A friend, forever
Repeat clients are the real scoreboard. Every honeymoon and family holiday is planned as if a friend's name is on it.
